Cookie Policy

These are essential for the site to function and cannot be switched off:

• Authentication/session: set by our auth provider to keep you signed in securely.
• Security & anti-abuse: a randomly-generated session identifier used for rate limiting and to tie an enquiry to your session, so contact details can’t be harvested.
• Draft autosave (agents): the add-listing form saves your in-progress draft in your browser’s local storage so a timeout or accidental close doesn’t lose your work. It stays on your device and is cleared when the listing is saved.

We record basic, first-party usage events — page views, listing clicks, and enquiries on agent microsites — to power agents’ dashboards and to improve the product. This data is ours alone, is not shared with ad networks, and is tied to a session identifier rather than to advertising profiles. Because it is essential to providing the agent dashboard you came for, we treat it as part of delivering the service.

• Address search (agent portal only): the add-listing form loads Google Maps to power address search. Google may set its own cookies or storage when that page loads, governed by Google’s own policies. This script is not loaded on public microsites.
• Map tiles (public listing pages): location maps fetch map imagery from a tile provider (CARTO). This is a plain content request — no advertising cookies are set.

We do not set third-party advertising cookies, and we do not allow ad networks to track you across other sites through Listhop. If this ever changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this Policy.

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break sign-in and enquiries.
• For any future non-essential cookies, we will present a consent banner so you can accept or decline before they are set.
